The term 'Stellastra Ltd' or 'us' or 'we' or the 'Company' refers to the owner of the Website whose registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom, registered in England as 14409839. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

'Solutions' refers to software, hardware, services, tools, schemes, groups, organisations, etc that provide cybersecurity and that may be listed on the Website.
'Categories' refers to genres by which Solutions may be grouped and sorted.
'Review' refers to any written content, numerical star ratings, images or logos, employment information, or any other information you leave on any of the Website pages where you may leave reviews.

Condition for making account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. This age may be set higher by your own country. You must sign up with an email using a custom domain owned by the organization or business that you are representing. I.E. free domains are not permitted, automated and manual checks are in place to enforce this. We may use passive, and automated methods to browse your websites and services. You agree that you grant the Company permission to do so. We may also perform similar actions to understand data about your partners and stakeholders. You further agree that you grant the Company permission to do so, and agree to fund the Company's legal fees in the event an entity takes legal action against Stellastra over any data gathering techniques related to the above. You understand that the Company processes data from many different publicly accessible data sources, and you grant Company the maximal ability to use, store, and process this data to provide you access to the services, and agree that in no way, shape, or form, that you will attempt to or allow others to attempt to revoke the Company's access to any such data sources. Furthermore, you agree that in any such case that may arise, you always attempt to begin to revolve any such issues informally by contacting the company directly using the details found on our contact or about us page. You agree not to use this product or service in any way to build a competitor product or service.

Reference to any Solution, related Solution or organization, unrelated Solution or organization, copyright, trade mark, trade name, or any other intellectual property etc, does not necessarily constitute or imply any partnership with the Company, and vice versa. None of the above shall necessarily be seen as the Company providing an endorsement or recommendation of a Solution or related company and vice versa. The company logos, descriptions, and other information may have been uploaded by the Company, or may have been uploaded by another organization, principally the owner of that Solution.

Except for any copyrights held by the owners of the Solutions, or which may be copyrighted to another party, the contents of this website, including but not limited to the Stellastra logo, graphics, layouts, and written content on this website is copyrighted to Stellastra Ltd. You should assume that all content on the website is copyrighted to a party.

Review Policy

We have a One Review Per Solution Per Person rule. You agree to have used the solution being reviewed, and to not be an employee, contractor, director, stakeholder to the vendor/developer of the solution. Multiple employees at the same company can review a solution and are encouraged to do so. Limitations apply where multiple accounts are created for a single employee, for example, johnsmith@company.com, jsmith@company.com, johns@company.com, or multiple service-level accounts, such as admin@company.com, it@company.com. Limitations may also apply where the review system is being otherwised abused. You can modify your review as you wish on your account, such reviews may show the creation date alongside the modification date.

Moderation of Reviews

We reserve the right to remove any review which we believe are submitted against our Terms and Conditions, or for any reason which is fraudulent, abusive, illegitimate, etc. Approval of a review is not irrevocavle, and thus a previously accepted review may later be classified as illegitimate by automated or manual means. When signing up or editing account information, no username should be used, only a real name. If you prefer to remain anonymous, then you may set the review to anonymous when leaving a review. If we believe a name looks like a username we may set your reviews display type to "anonymous" and potentially contact you. We may also correct typoes in the country name.

Modification of Categories

We reserve the rights to making the following changes to Categories without limitation, create, merge, separate, delete, update, reword, abbreviate, elongate, shortern, archive, with or without notice. We may also refuse or remove association with a category if we do not believe the solution accurately fits the dynamic criteria for the category. We may but are not obligated to contact you via email if this change occurs. Company does not claim to show exhaustive lists, list content will change, and a Solution that is not present in a category, does not necessarily imply that it does not cover the features of this category.

Modification of Solutions

Solutions can be claimed by the respective owners, if ownership cannot be proven by Website's automatic means, then it can be initated manually by contacting solutions@stellastra.com. Once verified you will be able to make modifications to your solution. We reserve the right to refuse any of your solutions edit in full or in part if they make false or misleading claims about the solution, are slanderous of another solution, contain abusive language, etc. We reserve the right to contact you about your listing by email.

Content Submitted By You.

You grant us a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, transferable, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free, pepertual, and irrevocable license to copy, modify, process, use, reproduce, publish, perform, distribute, translate, and display either in part or in full, any Reviews which you create. These rights also apply to uploaded images to the site, which you declare you have the rights to use. Furthermore, we may apply changes to the uploaded image to without limitation, reducing file size of changing file format.

No Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Use or Content.

You may not use the Website for any illegal harmful, or offensive purposes, including without limitation to uploading text or images which are obscene, defamatory, abusive, and, or, invading privacy. You may not use the Services for any malicious computational means, including interrupting of the Services, expropriating data, including viruses, worms, trojan horses, DDoS attacks.

Termination of Account

When an account is deleted, all user accounts attached to the solution will also be deleted. When all accounts that are eligible to modify a solution are deleted, then the Solution profile will become unclaimed, all previous modifications made to the solution may remain.

Ranking Algorithms

We reserve the right to modify our ranking algorithms if necessary, for major changes we will update our website to explain the reason for the change. The Company makes no statement over the quality of any Solution listed on its website. Furthermore, in the absence of Reviews, nothing is said about the order or positions of the Solutions within the list.

Limitation of Liability

Except as specifically set forth in the Terms and Conditions, the Company makes no express or implied warranties in connection with the Website or for any external links, over which we have no control. You agree that you will not hold the Company liable for damages and will hold the Company harmless for any losses, indirect, direct, consequential, or otherwise, arising from either use of the Service, content on the service, or modification to the service, this includes without limitation, negative Reviews left for a Solution, changes to our ranking algorithms, modification to Categories, including modifying, spliting, merging, deleting, or adding.
